After the earthquake that haunts eastern Japan, the country plunges into chaos. The Japanese government receives information from the CIA about the smuggling of uranium to Japan. The Antiterrorist group of Inquiry, under the command of Kenji Sumitomo ( ATSURO Watabe ) tries to find the truth by tracking the wife of the President of the company, who is suspected of being a terrorist's contact. Undercover cop Korean Ahn Min-Chul ( Kim Kang Woo ) helps in the investigation.
