Justified: Due to Raylan's 'rookie' status - being the new guy at the station, Raylan is put in charge of Pinter, an informant, who has been working with the police for years. When Pinter doesn't show up for his reward, Raylan becomes suspicious and investigates, bringing him in contact with a con-man and Pinter's own debt collector.
