Take the High Road: Kenny pays an early morning visit to Lynne and is appraised of what's been happening with her and Carol. Ryder visits Morag Stewart and makes an offer for her farm which she refuses. Mrs Mack inherits some money from her brother-in-law. Fiona and Ryder both receive letters from Sneddon. Morag tells Dougal and Grace that she has no choice but to sell her farm. Isabel cancels her birthday party after receiving a phone call from Susan, telling her that she won't be able to make it Isabel's 50th birthday party. Mairi and Carol decide to organise a surprise birthday for Isabel instead. Carol finds out her insurance won't cover her personal possessions.
