Lawman: When Dan and Johnny stop a robbery of the Laramie Bank, Johnny recognizes one of the crooks as his "Uncle Joe." Joe Henny was a friend of Johnny's father, and helped raise him. As they transport the criminals, Joe plays on Johnny's sympathies, and gets him to loosen his ropes. He then escapes after Johnny falls asleep while he's supposed to be on watch. Dan accuses Johnny of subconsciously wanting Joe to escape. Johnny denies it, and volunteers to bring him back personally.
